CANCELLATION POLICY: a) A full refund less US$250 processing fee will be charged for cancellation received before 25 December 2010. b) For cancellation received after 25 December 2010, 50% refund will be made to the registrant. c) No refund on cancellation received, 25 December 2010 , prior to the starting of the conference date. d) Substitutions will not be accepted without prior Committee approval. e) No refund will be issued if a registrant fails to show up at the conference on-site.
